Guest Suite — Private Entrance

House Rules Summary: - Check-in: 3:00 PM - Check-out: 10:00 AM - Self check-in with keypad - No smoking - No parties or events - No pets allowed Rule Details: [1] Please be respectful of the space, as this is our home and shared with the main house. Clean up after yourself, including washing your own dishes. A $35 fee will apply if dishes are left for the cleaner. [2] Absolutely no loud music or parties, as a courtesy to our neighbors. A $500/night fee applies if a party occurs. [3] Pets are not allowed. [4] No smoking inside the home (including tobacco, marijuana, etc.). A $250 fee applies if smoking occurs after check-out. [5] While we’ve taken steps to soundproof the suite, you may occasionally hear us. [6] Guests are kindly asked not to access the backyard or park in front of our neighbor’s driveway. [7] Please do not interact with residents of the main house unless necessary. For any questions or assistance, please contact us directly via message or call. The guest suite is part of the main residence but has a separate entrance to ensure privacy. While we've taken steps to soundproof the suite, you may occasionally hear us. Guests are kindly asked not to access the backyard or park in front of our neighbor's driveway.
